1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, facilities, website, mobile application, and membership programmes operated by Maison Padel (“we,” “us,” “our”), a luxury indoor padel club located in Al Quoz, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By accessing our website at maisonpadel.ae, joining our waitlist, purchasing a membership, booking a court, entering our premises, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Eligibility
To become a Member or use the Club’s facilities, you must be at least 18 years of age. Persons under 18 may access the Club only as part of the Junior Academy programme (ages 8–17) and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is a Member or has provided written consent. We reserve the right to request valid identification at any time.
4. Health Declaration & Medical Waiver
All Members are required to complete a health declaration form upon enrolment. You are obliged to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect your ability to safely participate in padel or use the Club’s facilities — including but not limited to cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, epilepsy, and pregnancy.
You must notify Club staff immediately if your health status changes materially during the course of your membership. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions may void any liability claims against the Club. Maison Padel reserves the right to require a medical clearance certificate before permitting participation in activities where a disclosed condition may pose a risk to the Member or others.
Members participating in the Recovery & Wellness facilities (sauna, steam room, ice bath) must confirm they have no contraindicated conditions. Staff may refuse access to any facility if they reasonably believe participation poses a health risk.
5. Membership
5.1 Membership Tiers
Maison Padel offers three membership tiers, each with distinct access levels, benefits, and pricing: Padel (For the Player), Maison (For the Lifestyle), and Cercle (For the Inner Circle). Full details of each tier’s inclusions are available on our website and at the Club. We reserve the right to modify tier benefits with 60 days’ written notice to existing Members.
5.2 Founding Memberships
Founding Memberships are limited to the first 100 founding members (50 Padel, 30 Maison, 20 Cercle). Founding Members receive lifetime locked-in pricing at their initial membership rate for as long as their membership remains active and in good standing. “Lifetime locked-in pricing” means the monthly membership fee will not increase from the rate at the time of enrolment, provided there is no lapse, cancellation, or suspension of more than 30 days. If a Founding Membership is cancelled and later reinstated, the locked-in pricing guarantee is forfeited.
5.3 Cooling-Off Period
New Members are entitled to a 48-hour cooling-off period from the time of enrolment confirmation. If you wish to cancel your membership within this period, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid, with no penalty. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@maisonpadel.ae within 48 hours of receiving your membership confirmation email. This cooling-off period applies to initial enrolment only and does not apply to membership renewals, tier upgrades, or individual court bookings.
5.4 Membership Application & Acceptance
Submission of a membership application does not guarantee acceptance. Maison Padel reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Upon acceptance, you will receive a confirmation email with your membership details, member number, and onboarding information.
5.5 Membership Fees & Payment
Membership fees are billed monthly in advance on the date of enrolment. All fees are quoted and payable in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in suspension of membership privileges. Fees outstanding for more than 30 days may result in termination of membership.
5.6 Membership Duration & Renewal
Memberships are offered on a monthly rolling basis unless otherwise specified. Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled in accordance with Section 5.7. We reserve the right to offer annual or other fixed-term memberships in the future.
5.7 Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice to contact@maisonpadel.ae at least 14 days before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Founding Members who cancel forfeit their lifetime pricing guarantee upon any future re-enrolment.
5.8 Suspension & Freeze
Members may request a membership freeze of up to 60 days per calendar year for medical reasons or extended travel, provided at least 7 days’ written notice is given. Membership freeze requests are subject to approval. A reduced administrative fee may apply during the freeze period. Founding Member pricing is preserved during an approved freeze.
5.9 Transferability
Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or assigned to another individual. Each membership is personal to the named Member.
6. Court Bookings
6.1 Booking Policy
Court bookings are made through our website, mobile application, or at the Club reception. Booking availability is subject to court schedules, maintenance, and events. Members receive priority access to bookings based on their membership tier. Bookings may be made up to 7 days in advance for standard Members and up to 14 days in advance for Cercle Members.
6.2 Cancellation & No-Shows
Court bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 6 hours of the booking time will incur the full booking fee. No-shows (failure to arrive within 15 minutes of the booking time) will be charged the full booking fee and the court will be released. Repeated no-shows (3 or more within a calendar month) may result in temporary booking restrictions.
6.3 Court Rates
Court rates for standard courts (Les Courts Panoramiques) and the VIP court (Le Court Privé) are published on the Club’s website and displayed at reception. Member rates and inclusions vary by tier. All rates are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Rates are subject to change with 30 days’ notice to existing Members; Founding Member rates are locked in per Section 5.2.
6.4 Le Court Privé (VIP Court)
Le Court Privé is our premium private court with dedicated lounge access and concierge service. Access to Le Court Privé requires a Maison or Cercle tier membership, or a non-member booking at the applicable rate. Additional rules and dress code may apply.
7. Equipment Rental & Damage
The Club offers padel rackets, balls, and other equipment for rental. All rented equipment must be returned in the condition it was provided, allowing for normal wear and tear. Members and guests are responsible for any damage to, loss of, or failure to return rented equipment. Replacement costs will be charged to the Member’s account or the guest’s payment method at the current market value of the equipment.
Members may store personal equipment in designated areas or assigned lockers. The Club is not responsible for damage to or loss of personal equipment stored on the premises. Equipment left in unauthorised areas may be removed and stored at reception for a maximum of 7 days, after which it will be disposed of.
8. Code of Conduct
Maison Padel is built on a foundation of respect, sportsmanship, and community. All Members, guests, and visitors are expected to adhere to the following standards of conduct:
- Respect — Treat all Members, guests, staff, and coaches with courtesy and respect at all times. Discriminatory, abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Sportsmanship — Play fairly. Respect the rules of padel and the decisions of referees or coaching staff during organised events and programmes.
- Dress Code — Appropriate athletic attire and clean, non-marking court shoes are required on all courts. Smart casual attire is required in the café and lounge areas. Management reserves the right to determine dress code compliance.
- Noise & Behaviour — Excessive noise, profanity, or disruptive behaviour on or off the courts is prohibited. Mobile phones must be on silent mode in court areas.
- Facilities Care — Members and guests are expected to treat all Club property, equipment, and facilities with care. Damage caused by negligence or intentional misuse will be charged to the responsible party.
- Prohibited Substances — Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is prohibited inside the Club. The use of illegal substances on Club premises is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of membership and potential reporting to authorities.
- Photography & Recording — Photography and video recording of other Members without their express consent is prohibited. The Club may capture imagery for promotional purposes; Members may opt out by notifying staff.
Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in a verbal warning, written warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of membership, at our sole discretion and depending on the severity of the violation. No refund will be issued in cases of termination due to misconduct.
9. Guest Policy
Members may bring guests to the Club in accordance with their membership tier allowances. All guests must be registered at reception upon arrival. Guests must be accompanied by the sponsoring Member at all times unless prior arrangement has been made. The sponsoring Member is responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damage or charges incurred. Guest fees may apply depending on the membership tier and the services used. Guest access may be limited during peak hours or events.
10. Wellness & Recovery Facilities
Access to the sauna, steam room, ice bath, and sports massage services is available to Maison and Cercle tier Members. Non-members may access these facilities at published rates, subject to availability. Use of wellness facilities is at your own risk. Members with medical conditions should consult a physician before using these facilities and must have completed the health declaration form (Section 4). Specific rules and hygiene protocols are posted in the wellness area and must be followed at all times.
11. Academy & Coaching
11.1 General
Maison Padel offers private lessons, group clinics, and junior programmes through our coaching team. Academy enrolment and lesson bookings are subject to coach availability and separate terms. Cancellation of coaching sessions follows the same policy as court bookings (Section 6.2). Academy fees are separate from membership fees unless explicitly included in the membership tier.
11.2 Junior Academy
The Junior Academy is open to participants aged 8–17 years. All junior participants must have a completed registration form signed by a parent or legal guardian, including emergency contact details and any relevant medical information. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for drop-off and collection within the scheduled programme times. The Club is not responsible for supervision of juniors outside of scheduled academy sessions.
12. Events & Tournaments
Maison Padel hosts tournaments, social events, corporate sessions, and other gatherings. Event-specific terms, including entry fees, rules, cancellation policies, and eligibility criteria, will be communicated at the time of event registration. By registering for an event, you agree to be bound by those event-specific terms in addition to these general Terms.
Event entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the Club, in which case a full refund will be issued. The Club reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify events at its discretion with reasonable notice.
By participating in Club events, you grant Maison Padel the right to capture and use photographs and video recordings of the event for promotional and marketing purposes, unless you notify staff in writing prior to the event that you wish to opt out. Third-party event organisers are required to carry their own liability insurance and are bound by a separate events agreement with the Club.
13. Café & Food Services
The Café is accessible to Members and non-members during Club operating hours. Prices are displayed in the café. Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the Club premises. The Club complies with all applicable food safety and hygiene regulations of the Dubai Municipality.
14. Operating Hours & Closures
The Club’s standard operating hours are 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight), daily. Operating hours may be modified for public holidays, Ramadan, and other occasions, with notice provided on the Club’s website, app, and social media channels.
The Club reserves the right to temporarily close all or part of the facility for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, private events, or circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, advance notice will be given for planned closures. No refunds or credits will be issued for closures of fewer than 3 consecutive days. For extended closures exceeding 3 consecutive days, affected Members will receive a pro-rata credit applied to their next billing period.
15. CCTV & Surveillance
For the safety and security of Members, guests, staff, and Club property, CCTV cameras are in operation throughout the Club premises. Cameras are located in the following areas:
- Building entrances and exits
- Reception and common areas
- Court areas
- Café and lounge areas
- Corridors and stairways
- Parking areas and exterior perimeter
CCTV is never installed in changing rooms, bathrooms, prayer rooms, or any private area where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy.
CCTV footage is recorded and stored securely for a maximum of 30 days, after which it is automatically overwritten unless retained for a specific investigation or legal purpose. Access to CCTV footage is strictly limited to authorised Club management and may be shared with law enforcement authorities when required by law or in the event of a criminal investigation. CCTV is operated in compliance with the UAE PDPL. Signage indicating the presence of CCTV is displayed at the Club entrance and throughout the premises.
16. Liability & Waiver
16.1 Assumption of Risk
Padel and other physical activities carry inherent risks of injury. By using the Club’s facilities and services, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You confirm that you are in adequate physical condition to participate in the activities offered, have completed the required health declaration (Section 4), and have no undisclosed medical conditions that would make participation inadvisable.
16.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Maison Padel, its owners, directors, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including personal injury, property damage, or loss of belongings, arising from or related to your use of the Club, its facilities, or services, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
16.3 Personal Property
The Club provides lockers for personal belongings but is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Members and guests are advised not to bring valuables to the Club.
16.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maison Padel, its owners, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Club, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
17. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, mobile application, and within the Club — including the Maison Padel name, logo (including the crossed padel rackets emblem), graphics, photographs, text, software, and design elements — is the property of Maison Padel or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any digital service at any time without prior notice. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.
19. Waitlist
Joining our waitlist is free and does not constitute a commitment or obligation. Waitlist position does not guarantee membership. We may contact waitlist registrants with updates, membership offers, and related communications. You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by contacting contact@maisonpadel.ae.
20. Force Majeure
Maison Padel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, government orders, civil unrest, power outages, or telecommunications failures.
21. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The most current version is always available at maisonpadel.ae/terms.
22. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within a further 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any membership-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Maison Padel regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
